WITH PREMIXED GAS (Heating modulation and sanitary modulation)

The AXIA H 0253 wall-mounted boiler for outdoor use is a modern boiler with a premixed gas burner. It can assure high efficiency and low CO and NOx emissions.

The HYDROPLUS system makes this type of boiler different from the AXIA E 0253 model: thanks to its internal electronic card, the burner can be totally modulated both for heating and for producing sanitary hot water.

Thanks to the electronic HYDROPLUS regulation, the boiler can perform different functions:

• Switching the boiler on / off
• Temperature regulation of the heating and sanitary water to the desired value by adjusting the electric fan’s speed and the burner’s total modulation
• Control and display of the following temperatures: boiler, heating, sanitary hot water, priority for sanitary hot water, external (if provided)
• High temperature safety device set at 85 °C of the body shell. Above this temperature the gas electric valve is disconnected
• Anti-condensation safety device set at 50 °C of the body shell. Under this temperature the heating pump is switched off
• Automatic pump opening (10-second rotation every day)
• Antifreeze safety device. If the temperature is under 8 °C of the body shell, the pump lights up; under 5 °C, both the pump and the burner light up.

• Display and full list of blockages
• Display and full list of alarms
• Available in two versions: for heating and for hot water production
